I joined Evexia Therapies as an Occupational Therapist, bringing together my experience across occupational therapy, rehabilitation, exercise, fitness and health promotion. I hold a Bachelor of Honours Occupational Therapy degree and I am registered with AHPRA. My wider professional background includes personal training, exercise rehabilitation, nutritional coaching, manual therapy and functional fitness.
I have experience working with both children and adults across a variety of presentations, including physical disability, neurological and cognitive conditions, neurodivergence and complex functional needs. I enjoy getting to know each client, understanding their goals and finding practical ways to overcome barriers, build independence and make positive changes that can be carried into everyday life. Outside of occupational therapy, I enjoy strength training, bodybuilding and creative arts.
