Meet Tayla, our Admin Manager and Allied Health Co-ordinator who is young, motivated and whose everyday life blends health and wellness, a love for animals, and family/friend connections.
I attended school in a small country town outside of Perth in Western Australia moving across to Queensland in 2017. I hold Certificates 3 and 4 in Business Administration, Steward accreditation and a Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance which transfers into my role at Evexia Therapies. My skills and knowledge have a positive impact on the overall management of our allied health services and business compliance, and my excellent communication skills assist me in fostering relationships with our clients and service providers.
I spent five years working in Horse Racing Integrity in WA as a Steward where I developed unique skills that seamlessly transfer through to my role at Evexia.
My commitment to understanding the needs of clients and optimising client goals and success is further demonstrated by five years of experience in allied health management, where I played a crucial role in coordinating and improving Occupational Therapy and Private Psychology clinics. Throughout COVID-19, I adapted my skills and continued to assist and manage various allied health businesses successfully via virtual services.
Outside of my professional work, I love checking out small local markets and supporting local farmers, being outdoors and in nature, travelling home to Western Australia, and spending time at the beach/with friends and family. I have a passion for health and wellness, and a love for animals and own two miniature dachshunds which are also well-known at Evexia.
My interests include optimising wellness through natural therapies, with a particular focus on helping people achieve their goals. My dedication to a healthy lifestyle aligns seamlessly with my desire to help people inside and outside of Evexia. Beyond this, I enjoy winding down with a glass of wine, good company, and being outside in nature.
