Evexia Therapies

Lane Ticehurst

Exercise Physiologist

I joined Evexia Therapies in 2021 as a part of my university placement. After completing my studies and graduating from Griffith University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, I was fully accredited by ESSA in January 2023 where I began full time employment at Evexia. I have an extensive sporting background including Rugby League at a state competition level as well as general sporting hobbies such as golf and surfing. I also enjoy getting involved in CrossFit in the off-season.

I am passionate about creating effective results using best practice methods in all types of medical conditions and clinical presentations. I have a specific interest in cardiovascular and metabolic health as well as the rehabilitation of complex musculoskeletal injuries. I aim to create a strong client/practitioner relationship to ensure the most successful client outcomes that align with my client’s goals.
