What makes us different?

We are a unique CrossFit facility that offers all day open gym hours for the days our class times do not suit your schedule.

Evexia has onsite allied health practitioners and our recovery zone is open 7 days per week making this an all-encompassing health and wellness facility.

Come in and give it a try, your first three sessions are on us.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to get anyone fit. The methodology is defined as constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. Every workout is scalable to suite all skill and ability levels under the guidance of our qualified coaches.

Gymnastics

Learn movements such as pull-ups, handstands, rope climbs, and muscle-ups. We cover many bodyweight bars and ring exercises that can be scaled or extended to suit any ability level.

Olympic Lifting

Learn the core lifts of squatting, deadlifts, and bench press plus more complex lifts such as the overhead squat, power cleans, and snatches! We cover all the progressions from using a dowel right up to a loaded barbel so all exercises can be scaled or extended to suit any ability level.

Conditioning

CrossFit incorporates conditioning components to each workout to build your cardiovascular fitness. We use a variety of exercises and equipment to keep it constantly varied.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit kids is a fun and social skill building program that improves agility, endurance, balance and coordination which assists in the development of social, emotional and gross motor skills. Suitable for children over 4 years.

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit teens is a strength and conditioning class that focuses on functional movements that are based on the mechanics of movement and foundations of the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit teens is suitable for ages from 12 years to 16 years and is a fun and social environment with exposure to correct movement techniques.

Longevity

Our over 50’s class is run by our allied health professionals and focuses on functional movements for healthy aging, injury and falls prevention. They are run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday focusing on strength, coordination, balance and mobility with an emphasis on building social and emotional wellbeing.
